Fully collapsible 316L steel construction with clamp connections. Decontamination chamber prepared for CIP-washing, including hot water and steam sanitisation.
The control panel, with a user-friendly and simple interface in Russian, is made in a stainless steel housing with IP65 protection. Calculation and display of UV dose based on data from the UV sensor and external flow meter (optional).
Temperature sensor integrated in the automatic shutdown system. Quartz cover to protect the lamp from water ingress, complete with factory sealing guarantees leakproof seals.
Remote control and monitoring with full integration into the company's SCADA system.
MST - a series of compact single-lamp units with a capacity of up to 25 m³/h, with UV intensity control system, remote control in a special design in accordance with the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and industry regulations. The control panel is equipped with a touch panel to display and control all parameters of the UV unit
Depending on the type of production process, silicone, NBR, EPDM, Viton or PTFE O-rings can be used in the clamp connections.
On request, the UV unit disinfection chamber can be manufactured from more corrosion-resistant steel grades: 316Ti, Duplex.
Compactness and high protection class allow to place UV units practically in any production premises, and remote control and monitoring possibilities provide easy integration of UV units into SCADA-system of the whole enterprise.
In case of membrane technology application it is recommended to install UV disinfection both before the membrane to exclude its overgrowing with microorganisms and after - to create an additional disinfection barrier in case of membrane integrity destruction.
