ORINOKO Group

Vertical tray UV modules

  • For high and extra high flow rates
  • Low pressure losses
  • Easy maintenance
  • FOTOTRON high-power amalgam UV lamps
The main advantages of the series:
01 /
Staggered arrangement of lamps in the UV module

In the ORINOKO UV modules the lamps are staggered. This increases mixing and effectively prevents under-dosing if a UV lamp fails.

02 /
Easy maintenance

The vertical positioning of the UV lamps allows the lamps to be removed for replacement without removing the UV module from the channel. The module is equipped with a secure cover that is used as a platform for the operator.

03 /
Mechanical cleaning system

The modules of the ORINOKO group are equipped with a pneumatically driven mechanical cleaning system.

04 /
Compact UV stations

Vertical UV modules allow the construction of relatively small UV stations even for the treatment of millions of cubic metres of water per day.

Description:

ORINOKO is a group of UV stations based on vertical tray UV modules for water disinfection in gravity flow schemes. The equipment of the group has two different series for water of different quality: series G (for water with UV transmittance above 50%) and series F (for water with UV transmittance below 50%).

In order to ensure optimal system configuration and to reduce energy costs during disinfection, recommendations on equipment selection are given upon customer request. Specifications and layout options are tailored to the specific operating conditions.
